The annual awards process involves an industry-wide survey which collects feedback from Dealers and dealership management on a variety of third-party providers, including F&I Training. Clearwater, FL --- United Development Systems, Inc. (UDS) has been named the 2011 Dealers’ Choice Diamond Award Winner for F&I Training as awarded by Auto Dealer Monthly. For the seventh consecutive year, UDS has finished on top in the F&I Training category. “We have always believed that our training initiatives play a critical role in the overall success of our dealer development efforts,” says Randy Crisorio, UDS President and CEO. “Earning our seventh consecutive Diamond Award confirms that our dedication brings desired results to our Dealer Partners, and that’s satisfying.”
This is the seventh year Auto Dealer Monthly has held the Dealer’s Choice Awards, which recognize the most highly-regarded vendors, suppliers and finance companies in the retail automotive industry, as voted on by dealers and dealership personnel.
This year a total of 54 awards were presented to 45 companies in 21 distinctive categories of products and services. Dealers and dealership management rated providers in each category in four areas: 1) the product or service provided, 2) customer support and service, 3) the overall value for dollars spent, and 4) whether the dealer would recommend the provider.

"Our promise to our Dealer Partners is monthly training on various F&I related topics. Using webinar technology will allow us to more conveniently and consistently deliver on that promise to present quality F&I Training solutions," says Randy Crisorio, UDS President and CEO.
The 'UDS Webinar Series' will consist of monthly online sessions covering a variety of F&I-related topics. Planned topics will range from 'The F&I Interview Process', to 'Lender Relations', 'Compliance', and 'AutoMenu(TM) Selling Strategies'. Each webinar will last 60 minutes or less, enabling even the busiest of managers an opportunity to login and participate.
